hey everyone. its been a while since ive been on the forum. i have to say i kinda miss it! but i come to everyone with a desperate outcry... alright... here it goes..
so i know everyone is gonna jump on me and hate me for sayin this but me and my friends are lookin for a house for spring break. i know that everybodies response is going to be no but does anyone know of anybody who would rent to people who are under 25. we want to do it through a rental by owner assuming that no rental companies will rent to us. We want to find a house to rent from the owner instead of through a company because we dont wanna spend 250 dollars a person just to get evicted. And i know that all the old people are get on and gripe about how ALL college students ruin houses but we arent interested in ruining it. we are all college kids who want to get deposit money back! haha. but we were thinking that if we could find someone who would rent to us and we could place an extra 1000 dollar deposit to ensure they wouldnt evict us and that we wouldnt screw up their house then we might could do it. i know this is a dumb idea to even put in on the forum but im just giving it a try. thanks for the help if anyone can, and if you wanna get on and complain about college kids then dont do it on this thread, please. P.S. i know the dargs wont have any problem with us stayin with them but i figured i might try and find our own place.
