Jambone - When are they opening?

I was told they were opening on Friday!
I stopped in on my way to Destin today for my first Jambone visit and had a pork plate there for lunch. Great pulled pork shoulder - it measures up to most of the better Memphis BBQs. The slaw and beans were good but not your typical BBQ joint beans, properly huge glass of tea. Friendly peeps working there, too. I'll be back.
