We are looking for kitchen staff and front of house staff with great attitude who can grow with us and make amazing food with us! We are having a JOB FAIR on Jan. 15 from 10 AM - 5 PM. Bring your resume and you can fill out an application when you arrive. We are hiring lots of positions for George's at Alys Beach and La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar, including:

Line Cook for AM and PM (full time)
-at least 2 years kitchen experience
-available to work AM or PM or both
-can work the grill or fryer

Garde Manger for AM and PM (full time)
-has at least 1 year kitchen experience
-available to work AM or PM or both
-can work the salad/appetizer station
-assist with desserts

Dishwashers for AM and PM

Prep cooks for AM and PM-has at least 2 years kitchen experience with good knife skills-ServSafe or Foodhandlers certified

FRONT OF HOUSE:
Experienced servers dedicated to excellent service while in a fast paced environment.

Bussers and experienced food runners.

Experienced host/hostess dedicated to excellent hospitality while maintaining well organized wait and host stations.
