I assure you NO ONE In Europe has EVER put on a pair of Jorts! EVER. Now, men wearing capris. . . .that's a different story!
Future son-in-law (German) won't even wear deck shoes or khakis. We're working on that. He did start wearing flip-flops and a Polos.
