Julian 'Junior' Marvin (born Donald Hanson Marvin Kerr Jnr ) also known as Junior Marvin-Hanson, Junior Hanson and Junior Kerr. He is a Jamaican born Guitarist and Singer/Songwriter and is best known for his association with Bob Marley and The Wailers. He started his career as Junior Marvin with the band Hanson in 1973. Marvin has also been associated with Gass, Keef Hartley Band, Toots & the Maytals and Steve Winwood. In 2007, Marvin embarked on a solo album entitled " Wailin' For Love ". Latest CD'S from Junior. " Smokin' To The Big M Music " and " Lion To Zion " 'Dub Wise' both Released Feb/06/2013 ( Bob Marley's Birthday ). On Jan/14/2014 Junior's new Band " JUNIOR MARVIN'S FORCE ONE " was Launched. Junior Marvin is a reggae guitarist who was born in 1949 in Kingston, Jamaica and was raised in London. He spent a number of years as the Wailers’ guitarist — before and after Marley’s death.
