Hi all,

Just got back (last night) from 8 nights at Seagrove. We had a great time (my wife and our Goldendoodle). We only had a little red tide the first day out on the beach (last Sun Oct 2) and after that was ok. The dead fish were almost too much but they scraped the beach by us (Seagrove Dunes) early in the week and that took care of that. As mentioned in the other two new reviews of this past week, the water really was a turn off but was getting nice by Sat so I bet it is fine now.
Thanks to all that wrote about their favorite places to eat beacuse we tried a few new ones this time. We ate at the following:
Cafe Tango... Really good (our second time to eat here) no disappointments !
Angelina's... Always good and easy
Market Cafe... Not as good this trip BUT I scored a Solwal sticker !!
Borago... Good. I liked it beter than my wife. Probably won't try again
Shades... First try in a few years and will say it was the best fried shrimp !!!
Smiling Fish... Really Good. Our first time here and will go there again!!
Old Florida Fish House... Real good too but pricy as the sides were all extra.

No problems with the flies but I had my vinegar ready thanks to yall !!! :rotfl:
Overall the trip was good. Read a few books and had some rest. Our dog had the best fun !!! :D

Sounds like you had an awesome trip!! Cafe Tango...We only go there once a year (my mom and I share the same birthday month...It's worth once a year.)

Borago...ANOTHER!! One of my favorites! The bar! The food! What more can you ask for?

Ok, as a local...I never go to Angelina's without a major craving! I crave Bruno's Pizza!!!!

SRG Market has been a little disappointing. In the next few years you will appreciate all it has *trust me*.

Shades...Great view...I don't want to say the food is bad.

HURRICANE OYSTER BAR!!!- If you want seafood the place to go. Best crab bisque and the service is great! Tell them you know Wlaner and the meal is half off.

DISCLAMER: NOT TRUE ABOUT THE HALF OFF THING.

Yes, please post the picture of your Goldendoodle. We have a Goldendoodle too. And if I knew how to post a picture I would post one of her. But if you want to see what they look like or even find a breeder just go to www.goldendoodles.com.

We love ours and she is 1 yrs old and great with the kids and is as smart as a whip. :clap_1: :clap_1: :clap_1:

Not a local except two times a year but I got to tell you that Bruno's pizza is about the worst. But we don't like any quick rise pizza
