Flutterby Children's Arts Festival 2010 Video

Soon after the Monarch Butterflies make their annual migration through SoWal Beaches, the Cultural Arts Association of Walton County hosts Flutterby Children's Arts Festival, giving "a place for kids to flitter."

The 2010 festival was a smashing success in Rosemary Beach, Florida, sponsored by the Merchants of Rosemary Beach.
