I did a hard core Tina dance last night. I feel like a Mac truck hit me today. I think I'm going to have to go hide in a movie. Maybe stay for another. Snowy just spilled Gatorade in my bed.

My daughter just got lavoliered, and her boyfriend's frat brothers tree'd him this week. The temporary house is right next to where all of the ATL hip-hoppers jam. There are no signs, but there are pimped-out S-classes, Hummers, and Bentleys everywhere. They watched the entire tree-ing episode. My daughter said she thought she saw Kanye, but definitely Luda. She said they looked like, "What are these crazy white folks doing?"

BTW I loved it when Kanye did "Jesus Walks" at the Grammys. It was impeccable.

Girl, I don't think I can legally download and then upload all that it would take for you to understand Kanye, Luda, et. al. That's about the only advantage to being old enough to have a kid in college - they educate you in pop culture.

Oh, "treed" is what they do to a frat member when he gives a girl his lavalier. They tie him to a tree and do gross stuff to him. They actually didn't treat her boyfriend as badly as in some treeing stories I've heard. They let him keep his clothes on and smeared him with baked beans, raw eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, etc.

What it has to do with this thread is tangential. The thread is about Kanye, and my daughter said she thought she saw Kanye watching her boyfriend get treed. The frat house is next to a place where hip-hop artists go to jam, and a bunch of them were watching the treeing.
