I'm still feeling pretty rough. I honestly thought I would feel better by now. Having trouble with my back, neck and wrists. I was told by Doug's mother to go to a chiropractor and have him re-adjust my back and neck. I feel like I need to do something, but not sure what?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Don't see a Chiro until you've ruled out damage with an Orthopedist and x-rays...

AMEN! In daughter's case after a basketball injury, the doctor then recommended a chriropractor.

A friend of mine sustained a similar injury and has had some success with acupuncture. She sees one in Destin, I believe. I can find out his name if you like.

Go see a good Chiropractor. I like FCC in Grayton. Doctor Brian rocks!
231-2011 He will let you know if you need to see a Ortho. He can xray and give you good direction.

Doctor or Chiropractor? What's a girl to do...some say Dr. some say chiropractor. I'll try my doctor first then the chiropractor.

Right now I feel even worse hearing about Kenny being in the hospital with 2 IV's. God Bless Him! If anyone sees him send him my love.

Actually I don't feel like getting in a car at all. Some claims person came knocking on my door and left a form for me to fill out on the door. Then I was sleeping late afternoon and he came back and told my daughter he was glad he had found the right house. Now that's kind of spooky. I haven't done anything about a claim....in fact my eldest daughter went and picked up the police report for me today. I think the man that came knockling on my door was a claims representative from the trucking company. I just want to get on with my life.

I hope I'm making sense.
