Don't sign anything! Especially not when you're groggy and having more problems!

Go to a doctor. If they think it's a good idea medically they can then suggest alternative treatments like acupuncture or a chiropractor.

Do not sign anything!!!! As scooterbug already pointed out. Don't listen to his offers of large cash settlements either. Either have a competent personal injury lawyer look it over or have your regular attorney look it over. You are (very unfortunately) only at the beginning of a lengthy recovery and though it may look tempting they want you to sign it in a drugged out state for a reason.

Kat,
I am so sorry to hear that you had this experience, but also relieved that you were not worse off for it that it appears. I'm thinking about you and wishing you a speedy recovery. Have Dougie cook up a mess of those yummy peel-and-eat shrimp and a big bowl of gumbo to speed the process. Sure works for me! Donna

Go to the doctor. Talk to your insurance company and or lawyer, say nothing to them and definitely sign nothing either.

Make them wait until you have a complete diagnosis. They should not even be contacting you personally, they should be contacting your insurance company.
