Ladies beginner 5k training group coming to Good News UMC. Training begins Monday, 10/21 at 9 AM. This will be a 10 week program culminating with the NW FL Ballet 5k on 1/11 (race admission not included). Cost is $40 and includes weekly schedule developed by a certified run coach, group runs, running tips and techniques, discounts to our local running store and more.
