I spoke with you last week about the place for my parents. I notice you still advertise it for 850 for winter rental. Is that for 3 or 6 months?

I'm just not sure ya'll realize what a good deal this is. (This is a shameless "bump".)

If it's only for three months, we would have to charge more. If you wish to rent it for the full six months, we could do with for $850 per month, plus a one time cleaning fee to be discussed. Thanks.
