Yes it is still available. It is N. of 98 on Indian Woman Rd. Last house on the right before you get to the bay. It's yellow stucco with a red roof. Tucked back 100 ft. or so into the woods so you have to look for it. I just put a for rent sign on the mail box to make it easier to spot.
