We are selling our lot on Sea Crest Drive (seacrest area), and just thought we'd throw it out here. I hope this isn't stepping on any toes. (if so , Kurt, feel free to delete it ;)

It's an incredible lot that would make someone a really wonderful private retreat. Huge for SoWal: 100x142 feet. It's just under halfway down the street, wooded, with public beach access right at Sea Crest Dr. It backs up to conservation easement and Camp Creek golf course, and the adjacent lots are huge. (One of which has wetlands on it, meaning even more elbow room to be had.) So, it would make a great permanent home. The neighborhood is rental-friendly and non-cookie cutter, meaning it still has that Florida "soul." According to my realtor, prices there will soar once Alys Beach goes public, but we need to sell now. Listing for $525k with Regal properties.

Happy beachin' everyone..
