Neither! Stopping all growth is unrealistic and wrong. However, there are certain projects that NEED to be fought because of their size and impact. You will note that in many cases the outrage is because, through loopholes or bad decisions, projects are planned & approved that are technically not allowed by their zoning.There is the word FIGHT, what are you FIGHTING for, complete preservation or no more buildings.
