Pat Carlyle's topic will be “Living Life Fully Through Gratitude and Generosity.”
The ECMS will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Christ the King, at 480 N. Co. Hwy. 393, one-half mile north of Hwy. 98. The meeting, open free to the public, will include 30 minutes of silent meditation.
Carlyle says that like breathing in and breathing out, gratitude and generosity allow us to live fully. This talk explores what blocks these natural capabilities and the three pathways of nourishing a grateful and giving heart.
Pat Carlyle is a Mindfulness Meditation teacher in Santa Rosa Beach. She began her meditation practice over 40 years ago and is dedicated to offering the teachings of spiritual practices that awaken our natural wisdom and compassion. She holds her M.Ed in Psychoeducational Processes and Organizational Development. Pat taught executive education and strategic planning in Fortune 500 companies prior to her move to the beach in 2002. She now has a successful real estate practice and is an avid outdoorswoman.
