Yes, we are still on the hunt as of this post. Goals to be near 30a but would consider P. Wash. We are thinking 1 to 2yrs term! We are also looking at a possible bank owned lot and if we decide to build would like an owner who is willing to work with us! We are liquid and offer a landlord a worry free tenant!

Please check out this posting for a home very close to the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. It's a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house, with hardwood floors downstairs and backs up to the state forest. It's a very quite area and very close to 30A and easily accessible via 98.

[ Hi we are considering renting our waterfront home in freeport. we have a 2,000 sq. ft. home on mallet bayou with boat dock and lift. i don't know if this will suit your needs but our home has 2 master suites and a third room with bunk beds and bath. we also have 2,000 square foot garage capable of holding 4 vehicles. anyway if you would like to talk my number is 880-6700 thanks jim patterson
