Thank you for taking time to read my post. My family and I have decided that after 6 yrs. of vacationing on 30a it is time to "go for it." We have made friends with a few of locals and they are helping us with getting connected and plugged in to the community. We have played many scenarios out in our head on how we would move and finally have the plan and dream aligned. I'm moving my wife, 2 daughters and 10 yr. old Jack Russell down in June. I will stay working in Knoxville, Tn and move in with my father while I continue to look for employment locally. We have looked at many homes to rent while we decide rather to buy, build or possibly lease purchase until the summer of 2018. We are open to a home location, it can be the north-side of 98 even. Our eldest daughter will be attending Emerald Coast Middle School while our youngest is still in elementary. It would great to find a home in the Point Washington Area but anything between Inlet and Santa Rosa will be great. Our needs will be a 3 bedroom 2 bath at minimum. We also prefer a community pool and a garage would be a huge plus. You will not meet a more honest, trustworthy Christian Family. I'm willing to walk away from the cubical corporate world to give my family a better life on the Gulf Coast. Hoping and Praying that someone has a home or a condo that is reasonably priced so I can move them down and not be stuck in an apartment. Our budget is $1500-$1900. We have looked at many homes and prices are over the radar but do not want to be renting from some management company. Feel free to call, text or email me to further discuss. Have a great references and currently history with same home for 5 straight years.

We are a family of four (the Dempseys) with two girls moving down to 30a for many of the same reasons. We hope to be there by May. We are looking for a 3-4 br. If I see anything that falls in your search criteria while I am looking I will forward it to you. Good luck!

Long Term rental starting March 1, 2017. Can be rented earlier if you are interested. Thanks!
This single story home is tucked away on a cul-de-sac in Old Seagrove. The home is 3 blocks to the beach, walkable to downtown Seaside, and close to Publix. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a fire place, a heated fenced in pool, beautiful private park-like yard with fence, and two parking spots on driveway and use of half of the two car garage. Kitchen has a new oven and dishwasher (photo of kitchen does not show update). The fenced in yard is great for dogs. *We recently replaced carpet in the bedrooms with tile that looks like wood. House is rented without furniture.

Home owner pays for pool and yard maintenance.
Renter pays $2900/month rent, utilities, and propane gas to heat pool.
