Wanted Long Term Rental Companies?

Could anyone recommend me to a long term rental company in the area? I thought about just opening up the phone book but I think this will be easier. I have been looking for a place for a few months and I haven't had any luck with the right home. If you know of someone please PM or email me.

Most realtors have a LTR program within their lineup. This Forum on Sowal gets a new one about every other day if you have time to lurk and look. Look down further and you will find where a few will post multiple LTR's in a thread.

Southern Coastal Management is a good LTR company. My wife and i use them and they are very reasonable, quick about issues, and willing to help.

I rent from Mathews Properties in Blue Mountain Beach. I have no idea what they are like from an owner's perspective, but as a renter, they are fantastic. I've rented about 10 apartments in my life, in different cities & states, and they are by far the best property managers I've ever dealt with. If I have any problem, large or small, they are on top of it immediately. I would definitely check them out.
