HI! Looking for a long term rental either efficency or studio for myself in Grayton, Blue Mountain, Seagrove, or Santa Rosa area.

OR even better, a male or female roommate (i'm a 32 year old female) to share a 2 bedroom 2 bath place with a budget of $500 per person.

I'm very low key easy going friendly person. No pets, smoking. I will be relocating to the area, but have lived on east coast of FL for 4 years.

Max is $500-600 per month it would be great if I could find a respectful roommate who is mindful of cleanliness, quiet etc.
