As a former SRB resident, i will say that I know rentals are at an all time high and large homes are scarce, but the rent is a touch high. We are willing to pay a premium for a premium home, but that is out of our range. Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, rental is crazy here and there is a lack of availability; especially on 30A. We are offering and would prefer to rent unfurnished but most seem to want furnished. Unfurnished the monthly rent is $10,500 so lmk if there is an interest. It is a gated community which does not allow short term rentals. I is very private as only 16 lots w/8 of them on the lake. 2 car garage w/carriage above as well commands a higher price. We are also leaving the paddle boards, canoe etc on the beach for the tenant to utilize. Thx for your response.
