no, i was checking out perez hiltons website - i am multi tasking !
Beach Jacket and I love perezhilton.com. Did you see the article about him in Newsweek? He apparently has 5 million readers a day and is known as somewhat of a star maker. For example, he posted more than 20 times about a singer named Mika, and in the first two weeks Mika's new CD sold 50,000 copies, apparently unheard of for a new artist without traditional airplay.

urban dictionary doesn't use an apostrophe at all, it's just yall. since they must be correct :)roll: ) i will no longer use the " ' "

Ahem.

"Y'all" is a perfectly legitimate contraction for "you all," which is a clear and genteel manner of indicating the plural pronoun "you." As a contraction, the apostrophe is necessary in the United States to replace the omitted letters. (In the UK, apostrophes are sometimes not used in contractions. I'm not sure I like that.)

"You guys" is crass, unless one is speaking exclusively to a group of guys. I am not a guy, and I don't respond to people who address me as one.

"You'ns" sounds moronic, but it's really oxymoronic. It combines the plural "you" with "ones." Kind of a plural multi-singular.

Any questions?
