Did you already find a place? I know of a very NICE carriage house studio for 700 month (everything), It is off Bay drive (283) Pt. Washington, on the last street that is on the bay. It is about 1 min from 30A Grayton area. Call me if you are interested. It is my place now but im moving and told my land lord i would help her find someone. Its available anytime. Thanks.
