We are lifelong locals and are currently working on building a house in Blue Mtn. We are leasing in Blue Mtn now but our owners are moving back by Dec 1. So we are looking for something because our house won't be ready by then.
We are looking for 3+ bedroom & min 2 bath (prefer 3 full). We have 2 teens and a 3 1/2yr old well trained poodle. Can provide references. Looking for less than $3000 per month. Due to traffic and time on the road with the kids activities we prefer Grayton area and west or Point Washington area. Considering all options though.

We have a lovely home with 3 bedrooms and 3baths. It's in a small gated community and a short walk to the beach. The best part is the backyard with its own private pier on a lake and wonderful local greenery palms and a pergola with scented jasmine. You must see the photos to appreciate it. On the inside there are cathedral ceilings all tile and hardwood two living areas with a fireplace and French doors to the patio.
