Howdy all! Two roommates and I are in search of a 3-bed, 2-bath home for $3k or less per month in the Santa Rosa Beach area. We have one dog (65 lbs, well-behaved, house-trained, very friendly) that will be living with us. We would like to be in the Point Washington area or close to 98/331 south of the bay. Looking to move in early September. If anyone has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated!
