Looking for an excellent house cleaner

I am looking for someone to clean house every other week. The house is located off Hwy. 30-A, on one level, 2000 sq. feet, all hard-wood floors, 1-bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, office and large living/dining room w/ kitchen. It's a single-older male household with two dogs and two cats. I am looking for someone who is willing to clean house well ( i.e. window sills, baseboards, under beds, fan-blades, etc.) and takes pride in their work. Not looking for someone who is looking for "rental-cleaning work" and wants to get in and out as fast as possible. If this is you, please email me back your hourly rate and your references. Thanks Babs...but why not charge by the hour. I'd prefer someone who cleans the house by the hour verses getting in and out in less time and not doing a good job. I guess I'm just "old school" and believe in a job "well done." I'm happy to pay by the hour an extremely good rate for excellent work given. Thanks for the reply though.

I've been looking for the same thing. Seems impossible to find around here. Most want to empty trash cans, dust and change beds....not clean as I would define it. I can empty the trash, etc., I need floors washed, windows, rugs., etc.....Good luck, I've been looking for 7 years!

I use niece and so far I am very pleased. I have 4 condos and she cleans 2 of them! Good Job at deep cleaning also!

Thanks to all my homeowners for the reference. Ya'll are great. I have meet and work for some of the best people you would ever meet. It is great when you work for someone you just met and feel like you have known them and been friends forever. That sure makes your work day alot more enjoyable.

These individuals that need house cleaning. It might be a good idea when you talk to someone about doing your cleaning make sure they stand behind their work. I do not work by the hour, but if it takes me four hours or twenty four hours the price is gonna be the same, as long as I get the job done and done right so that you are happy when I leave. And I let all my clients know if they find something I did not do or didn't do right call me I will come back and make it right. I want you to be happy when I leave.
