Looking for information about business rules on 30A

I'm trying to get information about the rules and other general need-to-know about

a) rules about selling on the beach.
b) does each 30A town have their own rules? Who can I contact?
c) Who operates all the chair/umbrella rentals? Is it done by private business or do the beach communities have regulated organizations?

I'm new to the area and curious about business rules along 30A. I am not interested in selling or renting chairs and umbrellas. I just want to understand the rules for vendors on the beach. Any information or contact information would be appreciated.

Code enforcement would be who you would want to call. I believe some people were grandfathered in. Click here for Walton County code enforcement. Towns shouldn't be any different, as they are all in Walton county. Private businesses own the many different chair rental companies. I would just give Walton County a call. They will be able to tell you want you need. Good luck.
