I haven't been able to find a restuarant in Destin that serves paella. Anyone know where I can get a good version of this dish?
At my house! My husband makes the best Paella this side of Valencia, Spain. But unfortunately we live in Atlanta. Next time he's down at the beach. . . we'll have you over!
We do do Paella. It is not on our menu, but we are happy to serve it up. We just need 24 hours notice. It is not usually served in restaurants because the nature of the dish is that it takes a long time to cook, and must be served fresh... so it will take a while.

OMG! I must try the paella if Walter will make it! Kirby - Cafe Tango is already my favorite SWB spot - a short drive from Destin but always well worth it. Everything they make - from bread service to dessert - is delicious! Just be sure to make a reservation, because they are small.
