Hi, I'm a 25 y/o third-year law student who just got a summer job in Grayton, and now I need a place to live. I'm hoping to start work on the 19th, so I'm looking for a place ASAP, and I will be staying through probably the second week of August. Ideally I'd like to fill a vacant room in someone's apartment/condo to save some money, but I'm also open to renting out an apartment if the price is low enough and you are ok with a three month lease term. Of course, given that it's the busy season, I'm not too optimistic about that latter option.

As for location, any place on 30-A or very close by would be fine, obviously the closer to Grayton the better.

I'm a pretty quiet and clean guy, and would be happy to answer any questions either through email or over the phone. I spent last summer in SoWal also, working with the same firm, and there's a good chance that I will end up living there permanently starting next year.

edit: If anyone else is in a similar situation and wants to combine efforts, let me know. Having two people would open up a lot more options.

Same here, I'm loking for a studio. That would be all I need. Also I have a small (17lb) well mannered doggy :)

By the way I'm 55 so I don't want to be with the Spring Break crowd, LOL, I know Spring Breaks over.
