There are so many interesting places for you to explore from Amelia Island, and just being on the Island is wonderful in and of itself. A friend of mine located from NYC to Jacksonville, just 30 miles or so away, and she is really happy there. She's never bored. I don't think you will be, either. I'm glad for you and your family.
