Looking for a lot from Grayton and Seagrove. Want close to 30-A, deeded beach access, no build-out time, little or no association fees, and flood zone X. Under $100k.

Would also consider a home or condo in that area, but nothing I've seen in the MLS would make me buy a home rather than build my own.

Love the area, been visiting for 20 years, used to be full-timers, and have lots of friends/ties there. Cashing out somewhere else and want to lock-in a place at the beach for our future!

Are you working with a Realtor? A friend of mine is working to find me a lot or lots with similiar requests as yours, no build out time restrictions, low to no association fees and east of Grayton. There are several in the Seagrove area, north of 30A and 1/2 block to beach access, from $50K to $100K that at the height of the "frenzy" were over $500K. We are builders, 25 years in Walton County including 30A. We want to have a couple of nice lots ready for the coming demand for new well built and well thought out Coastal Homes. We own a couple of lots west of Grayton Beach as well.
