I heard Doodle sold all his lots adjacent to Seaside. Imagine that! There is always a high end buyer! Congrats Doodle. I guess we all can eat a little crow!

I wonder who purchased them. I saw Doodle and the Big Whig at Nature Walk standing on that property looking all business about two weeks ago.

I have a suspicion Shelly is buying up property now. After her outloud lambasting of the real estate market, I think she succeeded in getting prices low enough whereby she can now pounce.

Looks like Doodle has put a boatload of beach front property up for sale in Seagrove. I counted at least 7 lots with Harris family and friends signs up for sale.

Looks to me like he has at least $10 million invested in these properties excluding the significant carrying costs associated with the investments which easily exceeds a couple of million. It will be interesting to see if he can come close to recouping his investment in a very soft market.
