Have fun. it's the most beautiful beach in america. there are a couple tiny stretches on 30A, where it's posted 40 PH instead of 35MPH, but ignore that. The little blips of 40 MPH remain, because a few local Sara Palin fans would prefer you rent a roaring 12,000 pound Ford Excrusion, for your 2.5 mile jaunt into Seaside during tourist season. Pay no attention, keep off the bike path, you're good to go.

Hearing over at Watercolor they are stopping numerous LSV's with underage drivers
and 50 kids busted in one house for under age drinking . Pray they don't combine the two.

It's pretty obvious there is no regard for age of driver. There's simply no way that some of the children driving these things are 16.
