LTR Needed

I'm moving down from Birmingham in the next few weeks and am looking for something comfortable like a 1 bedroom/1 bath (unfurnished) to accommodate myself and my 24lb female Beagle.

Looking forward to becoming yet another Birmingham expatriate in the Sowal area

You'd have half of the house and the pet deposit is already paid. I also have a soft spot for beagles in particular The rent is only $750 a month pp and includes all utilities (minus cable/internet-$33)
