I've got a 2 bedroom condo right on 30a that I'm looking to rent immediately... it's got granite countertops, vaulted ceiling, it's an end unit, and it's backed right up to a state park and right across the street from the beach - $900.00 per month.

Thank you Brian, sounds great but just way to expensive for me, can't pay more then 725 a month..please let me know if anything else comes up in a cheaper price range.
