If they are private property why do county police patrol their roads while on taxpayer funded county pay role with taxpayer funded county vehicles and thats just one of many examples of being public?

Then he should be allowed to be there as long as he wants on public property? Isn't that what freedom of expression means? How about the road between Seaside and Watercolor? Isn't it the same as the road in Seaside?
