Maintenance & Repair Services is seeking a motivated and dependable maintenance technician to handle day to day common area cleaning and maintenance service calls. Job does require both cleaning and maintenance repair.
This is a full time position Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays may be required.
Vehicle is provided for daily work use. Must have a good driving record.
Drug screening and background check required.
