Rosemary Beach, Northwest Florida's premiere Gulf front community, is currently accepting applications for a part-time (20-30 hours/week) Maintenance Technician. Applicants must posses at least 3 to 5 years of extensive general maintenance experience; working knowledge of appliance repair; competencies in electric, plumbing and HVAC repairs; ability to repair/replace doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry; and conduct remodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision.
