Essential Responsibilities:
- Executes work order assignments and follows through if task is not able to be completed
- Perform routine monthly inspections with detailed checklist
- Repair and replace items observed during inspection
- Perform duties professionally and orderly when guests are present
- Applicants must possess at least 2 to 5 years of general maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of appliance repair
- Competencies in everyday plumbing and HVAC repairs
- Ability to repair doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, furniture, and cabinetry
- Remodeling work as needed, all with minimal assistance or supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as well as after-hours callouts
- CPO Certification is preferred.
