I'll take sweet girl over community organizer all day. Are you a sweet devil? That's what my granny used to call me.:D

She's not really a sweet girl. She's a media whore. Obama is a former community organizer, now a victorious President, leader of the free world.

This cleared up any notion that you are a sweet devil. Sarah Palin and her family are great examples of American True Grit to have withstood the media rape and pillage that rained down on them unmercifully and is continuing. I don' really follow how it's fine and dandy for all politicians to "use" the media but not Sarah. Sounds like a bunch of bullies to me. Some have bought the media slime hook, line and sinker. Sorta like buying all that hope and change that's turned into despair and unemployment.

Now I don't know about comparing herself to God, you might have to share that one with me. I do know that she believes in God, attends church, prays for answers, and is a good Christian. Not sure why that would be a concern for you.

Thx for detailed response. I commend you for addressing the points adduced directly, unlike the late Yzarctoo, who would "defend" Ms. Palin by telling us how terrible Barack Obama is.

It's clear that neither of us will convince the other re the merits or lack of merits of Sarah Palin; nonetheless, I appreciate your staying on topic.

You must have missed the stories back in March re SP comparing herself to God. You say, "you might have to share that one with me." Well, here it is:

Sarah Palin: God wrote on his hand too
At an Ohio Right to Life fundraiser Friday night, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin once again defended the notes she wrote on her hand during last month's Tea Party Convention. She said she didn't have a good answer to media criticism at the time, but now she has one: God did it too.

A supporter sent her the biblical passage Isaiah 49:16: "See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me."

"If what was good enough for God, scribbling on the palm of his hand, it's good enough for me, for us," Palin said. "In that passage he says, I wrote your name on the palm of my hand to remember you. And I'm like okay, I'm in good company."

The idea that Sarah Palin compares herself to the Lord is quite a stretch. Others see this in a different light. The light of love. A Palin supporter sent an encouraging word reminding her that as a believer she knows she?s beneficiary of Jesus Christ?s salvation that she is safe in the hand of God the Father and Christ. She is in good company.

Who could be in better company or in better hands? That lovely old gospel says it so good, so straightforward, ?He?s got you and me in his hands, He?s got the whole world in his hands.?

Palin invents word, compares herself to Shakespeare

I refudiate the idea?that new words can be created just because you don't know how to use the ones that are already in the dictionary.

Creating new words is allowed by all people. Lewis Carroll made up several new words, one of which is 'chortle'. A word that describes chuckle and snort are 'good together'.

Having a good chortle here over the indignation about Sarah's new word. :D
