As you can see, I'm more a lurker than a poster. But I had a great meal at Marie's Bistro tonight and it inspired me to write something.
Chef Mike just added a Tuna Tartar appetizer to the menu yesterday that was out of this world and one of the specials tonight was blacken grouper with crawfish tails on top. Ask Mike to spice it up a little and you will be in heaven. Best meal I've had on 30A since Criolla's (RIP).
