The Zepponi Group is selling the first of two phases in the development. Fifteen lots in Phase 1 have sold.
Lot prices range from $155,000 to $225,000.
Phase 1 is being cleared, roads are being cut and individual lots have been numbered and flagged, Zepponi said.
