RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the creative development of creative marketing materials across multiple mediums.
- Ensures brand compliance across all digital, print and video pieces.
- Leads the company in the proper use and adoption of marketing technological platforms.
- Assists the Vice President on all marketing initiatives, strategies, training and plans.
- Identifies opportunities for brand development as it relates to community involvement, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for agents’ marketing needs.
- Collaborates with Marketing Team to ensure timely execution of company and departmental promotional initiatives.
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
- Directs external communication initiatives such as newsletters, e-blasts and promotional campaigns.
- Manage all contractor and vendor relationships.
- Identifies innovative methods and tools to elevate Company and Marketing operations.
- Organizes and streamlines service offerings for more effective agent adoption.
- Develops and leads training sessions and best practice
- Assists with digital campaigns related to recruitment, training and/or retention.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, content development or agency/media-focused role.
- Highly creative, strong problem-solver with the ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional communication skills required.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management Systems (CMS) and Microsoft Office suite highly preferred.
- Ability to travel to seminars, conferences and regional offices, as needed.
- Willingness to work along The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.
