Is this a detached guest house or is main house shared?
The guesthouse is detached and if you look carefully you can see it on the right in the third photo. However, the guesthouse is no longer available. Thanks for your interest and please call if you have any other questions.

When is the guest house available next?
I'm afraid that making any prediction is difficult - especially when it has to do with the future : ) Most of my tenants and roommates have typically stayed for several years at a stretch - and often returned years later. Hi...!!! I’ve just finished renovating my home in Grove by the Sea and I have a master suite that is now available for the 2023 rental season. I’ve attached a few photos below of the main house and master suite that I hope will be useful to those shopping for a place to live in Seagrove.

Our neighborhood is great and the location is hard to beat. Grove by the Sea is 1/2 mile east of Seaside on 30-A in Old Seagrove.

All of my tenants over the past 20 years have been 20 or 30-something women and I expect that trend to continue this season. The pricing for the master suite is below with availability beginning in March. No smoking or pets. Please call for additional details.

Master Suite: (1/1): $1200/mo, priv bath/entry, util+wifi+laundry included, no lease

Hi…!!! I just finished renovating my home in Grove by the Sea in Old Seagrove and I’m having an Open House on Saturday, January 7 from 12pm to 4pm to show the results to the public : ) : ) : )

The idea of the Open House is to meet potential tenants and allow everyone to see what’s currently available for rent at the property for the 2023 rental season. All of my tenants over the past 20 years have been 20 or 30-something women and I expect that trend to continue this season. Some of my previous tenants have stayed just for the summer and others have stayed for years. The current rental pricing at the property is listed below with availability beginning in January.
