I'm afraid that making any prediction is difficult - especially when it has to do with the future : ) Most of my tenants and roommates have typically stayed for several years at a stretch - and often returned years later. Our neighborhood is great and the location is hard to beat. Grove by the Sea is 1/2 mile east of Seaside on 30-A in Old Seagrove.
All of my tenants over the past 20 years have been 20 or 30-something women and I expect that trend to continue this season. The pricing for the master suite is below with availability beginning in March. No smoking or pets. Please call for additional details.
