I met a girl last night who was a mess (first cousin of a GF)! Pulled a bunch of pills out of her pocket wanting to sell them. Asking me where she could get some coke. This was my sleepy hometown~~~~~~

My friends and I separated from her and went to a couple of parties, then back to the original place, where we got a call late that she was in a bar down the street and a Deputy had politely confiscated her keys.

Cokehead was to ride with me - someone had left a box of medium hot wings in my car. We caravan to pick her up and of course she starving. I am able to offer a wing! She proceeds to eat it and she starts screaming and crying and making these strange noises that frankly I had never heard much less from a human being. She caught her breath and said, "I burned my tongue earlier this week from doing too much meth! There is a big white spot on my tongue." I was speechless!

Poor thing!

Hopefully she will get to her bottom soon.
Speed heads tend to burn out fast if they don't die. When I am put in those kind of situations, I always think this could be me. No telling how loud the music in her head is. I have a friend that we video taped when he was drunk/drugged and played it for him the next day. He quit drinking and got help and has not drank or drugged since.

This whole family left me speechless. Before we got the call to pick her up, we told an Aunt how messed she was six (6) hours earlier. Aunt replied with, "It's her problem." I cannot imagine not helping someone!!

When the Deputy kept her keys from her, she was so out of it, that she forgot to get her house key. However, when I got to her house she whipped out a contraption from her hand bag that was a professional piece of equipment used by cat burglars......she easily broke into to her own home. This girl does need help......or, Bobby J, she will indeed die very soon. It was very sad.......

Unfortunately many families have to walk away from addicts. Addicts are incredibly selfish and will take down everyone around them so long as they get their next fix. It's sad, but stress can double and triple the aging process and cause additional health problems. Her Aunt has probably been dealing with this for years and has probably finally given up.

Bob,

I once owned a meth lab. I did not know this at the time. The home was on Bay Grove in Freeport. People would sneak in a cook meth at night. I smelled this weird smell all the time on my visits to determine what I was going to do with the home. It was a true fixer upper. Once the meth was discovered we decided to tear the home down because the liability of that stuff is unbelievable. Know one really knows the long term effect those chemicals will have on your lungs. The sad part is the people I bought the home from were cooking with kids inside the house. After I bought the home from the seller they were still sneaking back in thinking I was letting it sit.

Meth is truly nasty stuff - you can completely destroy your body in a fraction of the time it would take with other methods.

i've seen orange county deputies enter a meth home wearing what looked like spacesuits...later the garbage truck came by and crushed all the furniture. the stuff must be wicked.

I just cannot imagine living a life like that! I guess it really made an impression on me because I shared it with people last night and we had a big 'ol discussion, too. Do you think the white spot on her tongue is a burnout spot? Oh Gawd! I'm done............I can't even think about this any longer.
