Thanks kathyd and jd...very interesting stuff. Who says message boarding is a waste of time? I learned all kinds of stuff this am. Now I wonder why she, Denisen, used ficticious names? Something like Samuel Clemmons, maybe?
And, also how a tile keeps a spring open? Maybe they did the best they could do back then. I'm glad you have the river to swim in. We have Old Hickory Lake up here to play in. Its part of the Cumberland River. Funn to camp along. BTW, do ya'll spell it that way just for funn? :cool:
