Mike Huckabee gave clemency to Washington cop killer.

Basically, a 16 year old got sentenced 108 years for robberies and after serving 11 years of his sentence Mike Huckabee shortened it to 47 years, which was supported unanimously by an advisory board, and 9 years later after many mistakes (according to a statement Huckabee released) made by various government agencies, in both Arkansas and Washington state, the criminal killed 4 cops.

A lot of blame is being put on Huckabee, but it seems like at the time, most people supported shortening the sentence. There were also, again according to Huckabee, many slip ups afterward that let this tragic event happen.

Violent people should rot in jail, but lets not forget white collar criminals who swindle elderly retirees out of their life savings.
