I UN-miseried myself!!!!!

First off, went to Wal-Mart (my first trip there in probably 5 years and hopefully another 5 at least will pass until the next trip :D ) and bought a cheap $20 replacement phone.

Then off to the phone store to get a new SIM card, only to find out that our service plan was up, so I was eligible for upgrades!!!

So now I have a shiny new RED phone (I've always wanted one ) and a leather case, and a bluetooth, and a car phone charger and a $50 rebate for the whole shebang so I spent only $99 which I will recoup since I'm saving $10/month on an updated family text plan.

Plus I have a trusty $20 back-up phone should I ever be miserable again. :D

thank you all for your helpful advice and sympathy!!! My wish is that y'all un-misery yourself just like I did!!!!

Misery is worrying about something you have no control over. :dunno:

  1. ...spending $600 on your cat's respiratory illness, getting him home, and watching helplessly as he goes on a hunger strike. We don't call him the Supermodel anymore because we're afraid he has become anorexic. (The Jesus Cat is doing his part by eating the leftover food and praying for the other cat's death.)
  2. ...not getting to go on spring break, but making the best of it by trying to get some rest at home, only to have your dad decide that now is the perfect time to mow the grass. I should be grateful that I don't have to mow my own grass, but I'm too tired and grumpy to be grateful.
