It has been good so far. Nothing like having all the windows open in February.
And here we are making it just for you! I'm not kidding, Lisa was going with something else and I fought the soup fight! Honestly this special is easier on her and more fun for me but the "you missed it last time" factor made the decision lean my way.
As you should be. As much as I love Spring, I am hating the end of soup and Chili so I'm really wanting to make it a good last few weeks. This Winter has been the best so far for specials and you and the Sowal food lovers have been there for us. You should all feel the Deli Today Ms Lisa has a Cuban. LISA YOU GOT SOME SPLAININ' TO DO!!!! this is a Monday lunch but her help went south for a week.

Roast Pork with Gravy, Roasted Potatoes, Peas & Corn, That sounds like a meal to me. Thursdays at Modica have become the big meal day!
There are Red Velvet cup cakes in the muffin case for all of you Sweet Hearts in need of a little before Valentines Day treat. I just had one of the Vanilla ones with the swirly frosting. 
Just what I needed, guilt in a paper cup!!
You all need to join me so I don't feel so so bad.
