ok guys, if she does this type of behavior in publc then how the heck is the child treated in the home. I'm sure there will be an intense investigation.

I would have spoken to her if I were there. "Excuse me, but your child is being dragged around the filthy floor." What is wrong with the other shoppers?

I've had pneumonia a few times, wasn't able to drag myself around, let alone drag a child.

I was thinking the same thing - most of the little boys I know would think that looked like great fun, and beg their parents to do it. This could be a game that they play at home, and she made the poor judgment call to do it in public instead of properly disciplining him. The tape just does not give us enough information.

Let me be clear -I'm not saying it's right, or smart, or not dangerous, I'm not saying she's a good mom who is misunderstood, all I am saying is that we do not have enough information from this video to make a snap judgment. Her parenting ability definitely need to be investigated.

the only thing this reminds me of is the snl skit with mike myers as phillip the hyper-hypo kid attached to the junglegym.

and if she was so sick she should've stayed her arse at home.

I'm no doctor, but IMO if I had lupus and pneumonia I wouldn't be able to drag MY arse around a mall, let alone my kid's.
